highly unlikely given more than half of millennials in Japan went into inceldom and that country is stable / low-crime

There will be increases in random violence such as school shooting massacres, but I don't think there will be any organized uprising because of severe repression from the government and law enforcement. Although, we might have some incel men openly protesting peacefully.
