Nazi Germany leading the Axis would have probably been Hegemon (Assuming the United States, the USSR, Great Britain and France all capitulate in the end) So they would be the cultural and economic hub of the world and trade with most of the other countries so probably a new form of fascistic globalism

Unironically, by like the late 60s, Nazi Germany would be fucking invincible.

I could imagine a sort of Fascist worldwide confederacy. Like the eastern bloc but each nation has more of a say in matters

im more speaking about the nazis not winning and just carving out their europe they wanted. but USSR and Murrica still exist.

Good or bad it would be better then we have now

Imagine the EU but more imperialistic

Hitler's successors would have softened the dictatorship.

I voted insular. i find it very hard to believe Hitler would give in to globalism. He was obsessed with preserving and appreciating german culture, just like how mussolini was with italian/roman culture.

Of course they'd probably still take some ideas here and there and germanize them (like the fanta example someone up there in this thread gave) but overall they definitely would never globalize germany, at least not as long as hitler was alive.

nature/degeneracy will always win at the end

They would follow the same path of the Soviet union. The first few Fuhrers would be hardline insular but the German sphere would slowly liberalize and open their markets to the globe. I doubt they would collapse like the Union did but that just comes down to the leadership and economy.
