Your world is kind of dystopian, and the climate is fucked up pretty bad but technology is highly advanced for all sorts of great copes.

Tbh I don't think it would be bad for truecels at all, after a hard day of wageslaving you return to your apartment and enjoy the company of your perfect AI girlfriend, it already sounds much better than my life now.
