This might seem a stupid/water question, but for most guys the most starightforward way to find fulfillment in life is to marry a woman and have children with her. Having kids is huge responsibility and it gives them a purpose in life.

I used to not want kids and to marry ever as I simply didn't care about it. I still can't decide if I want to, but I'm starting to think that it's really difficult to find purpose in life outside of having your own family, your own little community.

No, people are wretched, and most humans are treated like cattle. Raising my offspring right and doing all the right things is no guarantee they’d live a decent life, and too much of life is completely out of your control.

When I look back on my life, so much of it was just endless studying just so I could reach a point where my knowledge that was deemed satisfactory to receive a decent wage without working my ass off endlessly. It took most of my lifetime to reach this spot. From grade school to undergrad to graduate studies. As an engineer, my present knowledge is the culmination of 10,000 years of human advancement. I know more about the natural world than 99.9% of all homosapiens to walk the planet. This absurd amount of knowledge allocates me a slightly above average wage.

For my offspring, my knowledge is not genetically imparted. They too will have to spend decades studying endless information about the world around them. This is so that they can receive a liveable wage for their labor which they will perform until they are so old they can no longer work.

I don’t see a reason to subject new people to this world. The human experience is not valued. We are labor machines.

When I talk about help, it can be even a little individual thing like buying some stuff to a poor man who can't afford it himself. Volunteering, donating money somewhere, help to pay someone's debts etc. Creating organizations (if you have enough power), supporting politicians who are concerned with men's problems the most etc. And, honestly, I don't care about "there's no brotherhood among men" and similar talking points.

You can start with changing your attitude. For example, stopping complimenting women (they don't care about you anyway) and start uplifting men. You could compliment the progress of some short guy in the gym and other stuff.

I don't reduce my life to inceldom so I still care about economics, politics etc. Most members here are more doomerish than me. People here often point that men care about women more than other men, that misandry is common etc and I think somebody should start changing it (even if it happens only on small scale). Something's should to be done. And in my case isn't not even about compassion (it's hard to me feel it) - I simply don't like how things work.

And if I LDAR, I do it because of my mental disorders and not because I gave up on everything and don't care about anything.

This is my north star. A goal I've been chasing but have never come close to achieving. I have no idea if it will make me feel fulfilled, biologically it should. I believe it would. I can't truly know unless it actually happens. But it's frightening to think about a scenario where I finally get a wife and kids and I still feel unfulfilled. What happens then? I can't rope at that point I have kids to take care of. Imagine that, I created them as a last ditch effort to feel happy and they don't fulfill that role, they exist because of my selfishness, I would probably start resenting them because of it. But I have little doubt in my mind that love both from a woman and from my hypothetical children would be the cure for my torment.
