Doubt it, he could never accept things that don't conform to his sensibilities and worldview. That's why he was so easy to troll, because trolls were the only ones that would entertain his delusions about Cwcville and Sonichu or whatever, the second you try to confront him with reality he ignores you and doesn't want to talk to you anymore. He was like that for the majority of his life, even before people started trolling him.
His parents raised him to think he's special and that he is so amazing for being able to do basic shit despite being autistic, if you don't treat him like he deserves the world for doing basic shit everyone can do he will ignore you. TBH that's the worst thing parents of autistic kids could do. I'm high functioning and my parents never treated me differently than they would have a healthy child. It made me struggle for a while, but in the end I'm thankful for it.
You can see him getting angry over not having a girlfriend, calling specific women bitches, talking about how all the other men are taking women etc

True but when it came down to it he would take the bluepill, he wouldn't be capable of accepting never having a girlfriend. He will take the comforting lie over the uncomfortable truth. The second a troll came up with a explanation that is more comforting he would listen to them over the blackpill. The more you listen to his story the more you will understand this, his life story is full of people who try to give him genuine advice but he consistently ignores them, this is also a trait that almost all lolcows have in general.
