I manage a series of 9 restaurants. So I also have to deal with all of the employees at each of these nine locations. Without fail, the most wretched and useless of these employees are always the females. They are worthless on the job and miss almost half of their scheduled shifts anyway.

The situation is always the same. The foids go out every night to get wasted and filled in her holes with chad cock. Then, the next day when they are hungover from the alcohol and sore from chads hunky meat they have the fucking AUDACITY to want to have their shift covered. They always get some pathetic numale soyboy to work for them.

And god forbid I end up being the one working for them. As if life isn’t fucked up enough. I do nothing but work and school and I’m alone every single fucking day. Then when I am tired and just want to go rot at home I end up working 4 more hours because some random slut is out living the life I’ve never been able to be a part of.

Because, when I do fire them the replacements are just as bad. If it’s another foid, they’ll be just as bad. But basically all normies are just as awful. The only workers worth keeping are the incel types, but we are the minority so for the workload needed at so many restaurants we have no choice but to end up with a shit ton of normies and foids.

Tbh I had this happen too foids try to always get their shifts covered for some reason, but I never took it up cause I hate staying overtime.

I’m the general manager for the stores, the area manager for each store does most of the hiring. I obviously have a say about retention however it’s harder to fire people than most people think.

I work in a restaurant (two, actually, but only had to be at one of them today) and tonight, while the FOH line girls were all huddled up chatting and giggling about whatever-the-hell and doing fuck-all else, the men were working their asses off cleaning the shit out of our BOH. Women shouldn't be allowed to work unless they're waiting tables, and some of them even manage to suck at that.
