Ubisoft for sure. So many shitty games, full focus on MTX+DLCs and so many dead remnants of old IPs. Rockstar just never goes back to old IPs outside of Red dead so we got used for them to bury Bully or LA Noire or Midnight Club while for Ubisoft it's just stupid in the past they were releasing plenty of new Rayman, Splinter Cell, Heroes of Might and Magic, The Settlers and more like Ghost Recon and funding Brother in Arms (Gearbox has the IP so with a bit of funding we could get a new one or at least remakes).
I want manhunt 3 but rockstar are gay now and won't ever make it
