lifting heavy, progressing in strength and size, trying out different excercises each week with concurent peroidization, increasing your work capacity through high volume and excersize selection, the pump, sweat, the buidling of mental toughness, neck training, seeing your gainz in the mirror, this is something most people will never understand, i dont gym for girls i gym because i love the iron, im addicted to the iron. Breaking prs on deadlifts, rackpulls, bench etc, is the best feeling. I feel so good and forget about my mentalceldom for the whole day after the workout, although there is pain and dissapointment, but i need to go through those to achieve my best version of myself, i embrace when i fail a pr or have nagging injuries, JFL if gymcel for girls, if you want to get the best results especially as natty lifter you need to love the iron my friend, fuck other incels who put down gymcels just to feel good about themselves, like that fat itsover guy lol
