Can you imagine a company run by employees where they all democratically make all decisions to run the company instead of a boss

Imagine trying to impress 40 people at a work place instead of 1 to hire you

Imagine trying to impress 40 blokes from the Janitor to the main foid accountant to not fire you


As i dig more and more into communism it's seems more like a anti incel ideology

meh co-operatives do happen, but not usually for political reasons

insisting that all businesses should be run as co-operatives is just impractical, especially in the modern economy

paradoxically, communes and co-operatives would just atomize society further. while capital unites society across the world market, including through investment and expansion, separating all workplaces out into separate, self-governing entities would just cause further disconnection across the world

people talk about the 'problem' of a planned economy, but if even the ussr had issues with it, how tf is it supposed to function when the planners and co-ordinators have to also negotiate the democratic decisions of a million co-operatives? it would be so disjointed that it would collapse easily.

and some sectors of the economy would be more powerful than the others, due to their greater necessity to the supply chain, so they would use their bargaining power to lord it over the rest of the population. the bureaucrats in charge of co-ordinating and planning this chaotic economy would also have to be given a lot of power to keep it ticking. this would create hierarchies and class systems anyway, as well as differences between different parts of the world, etc. and foids will help to perpetuate this hierarchy, because they are drawn towards people with higher status and positions. whatever hierarchies come to exist in the future world, women will adapt to pursue them and the men who benefit from this will preserve them

a democratic, communist country wouldn't make a difference if simps and foids were still in charge. they would still hate most men and use their vote to fuck us over
