The only good advice here is telling these foids to scream(and I'd add run to that), beyond that they're pretty much fucked, both figuratively and (in all likelihood) literally. It's never a good idea to try and fight someone who has substantially more mass and muscle strength than you, unless you have a weapon like a knife and your assailant doesn't, and even then it depends, it's still usually a bad idea tbh.
