The graph says otherwise; the sex levels when masculinity exceeds the point of intersection of the sex and enemy lines is still way higher than the sex levels of a man of below average masculinity. I have no idea where this data is from but I doubt the decrease in the sex levels at the level of masculinity corresponding to the peak sex level and at the most masculine level is even statistically significant.
