This is something that I've theorized while job-hunting - the fact that every job application at a company has to be screened by a woman who's likely using very superficial / unfair methods to keep people like us out of employment.
This applies primarily to low-level industry access given that when an HR woman looks at an application, what do you think that will make you stand out to her against the rest? It's not the keyword-tastic, experience-padded piece of CV that you send in; that's you thinking like a man, logically. No, it's rather about the one aspect that's in a woman's brain when it comes to valuing everything and everyone in this world - your social value.
Women determine social value in the workplace via your social media / LinkedIn / industry connections & presence. Don't use social media because after 20 odd years of life you don't have anything to show for or have friends? Good fucking luck. Have a LinkedIn with 20 connections, most of which appear random and you don't have content in it validated by your peers? Good fucking luck. You're overqualified but Mrs. HR heard a referral from one of her friends / crushes / etc at the office about some high school dropout who 'shows potential'? Good. Fucking. Luck.
Not to mention the enormous gender bias that these women carry as a fake chip on their shoulders from years of drinking the feminist cool-aid and wanting to push males in general out of the workforce. In conclusion, if you're an incel and are unemployed or looking to get into becoming a wagecel, my advice is to look for individual business / mom & pop shops / grunt work and such, because otherwise, you have a big mountain to climb against these people.
