Women have significantly smaller brains than men and overall act like complete children.
The reason there is no female equivalent of the term man child is that women are expected to behave like children unlike men. Normie don't realize it but if you told one I'm sure they would have a oh fuck moment, while they connect all the dots in their brain.
Just like a child women will have tantrums to get what they want. In public just to embarrass you even. We've seen countless tantrums from femchilds who haven't grown up yet. This is because girls get away with this as children so they still see it as a viable option.
My parents would never punish my sister if she had a tantrum, she would call my mother a bitch and call her the worst mother ever whilst yelling so loud that the neighborhood could hear. Yet my mother gives her no punishment. So it's not too hard to figure out where the behavioral issues of adult women stem from.
Another thing to add is that they're addicted to drama, this is well known to normies. Nearly every woman I've met will drag people's names through dirt in front of you, my sister and mother were always involved with trivial Facebook drama like children.
