females are only campaigning for equality in certain job markets, like tech where you can sit in an office all day and browse your instagram, they aren't going to be screeching to be let into the manual jobs.

Been working for quite some time in telemarketing, and by my experience the better decisions were always made by the male bosses and the only uprisings against certain bosses' decisions only came when it was a female boss.

My personal experience was when we had to educate new staff. I for one believed in cutting corners, that one had to find an understanding with the client in order to avoid trouble in the future. Such as ordering the cancellation of a service was in place there could be complications such as the client not being able to have access to the internet in the near future, it could cause an invoice to go unpaid or something like that.

I always took the initiative with other men I work with to have some reasonable limit where we could agree to change our routines, as to not cause trouble to the client and more administrative work for us. Now this was not appreciated by the communication staff. Our "communications educator" the greatest bitch you ever find and who can only talk about the state of her cats and dogs made my life a living hell for several weeks.
I was sent to political reeducation basically for not adhering STRICTLY to the rules laid out. For her there was no room for negotiation with the client that went outside the terms of agreement, even though I had work out such instances perfectly fine previous years when I had a male boss.

She wanted educational interviews/hearings to improve my work effort. Instead I grilled her on every vocation, calling out her inability to understand expediency. Our last meeting was held alongside another bitch boss, she brought along as she'd shake and sweat her obese ass off as I'd question her work ability. Got nothing to do with her anymore cause she is on paid leave due to a gastric bypass operation LOL

this is what i mean. a lot of them don't how to manage workplaces. when i used to work, i remember this bitch always called in sick for work, and i always had to cover her ass whilst she talk shit about me to the manager. that bitch probably played in part of me losing my job.
