The same thing they do whenever a mass shooter or any other criminal gets caught/commits his deeds, evidence can be found on almost every True crime subreddit where they describe the physique/face of every analyzed perpetrator in detail (a few days ago these totally respectable women fawned over Romanian serial killer Ion Rimaru).
Just watch the comments under the arrest of Tres Genco, where members of Anti-Incel/MRA/MGTOW activist groups even had to remind their own that they shouldn't bash his looks - and not because it was immoral, but because they were afraid that we will use it against them in their next gaslighting attempt (and even that failed). Their claim that women don't pay attention to flaws in face/height/frame is therefore completely disproven.

Some of the comments are incredibly brutal and give a deep insight into the mind of a leftist liberal: Their ideology is social darwinism with slightly diminished/completely abandoned selective pressure on certain protected groups like women in particular, they only hate social darwinism when it comes with a group-specific denominator at the expense of these groups, when people just live like rats and eat each other in a fight for the scraps under total solipsism with many being completely left behind it wouldn't bother them in the slightest, only when they band together like here or in "extremist groups" like ISIS/KKK/etc. (where they pose a threat to the conformity of the status quo) they suddenly become recognized, otherwise they are completely unheard.
It also shows that things are again only invalid when their opponent does it: While constantly bashing the validity of IQ tests or intelligence as a measure for the worth of people they constantly do it with their enemies (only that they most often confuse college education with actual intelligence), while normally criticizing the job market at every given term they here make fun of people not being able to find a job/for being unemployable "losers" -as they say it-, while calling phrenology/lookist theories pseudosciences they themselves conduct phrenological analyses as measures for looks/intelligence, etc. Every principle they throw out of the window. Many blackpillings can be found in both threads where they reveal that a man with his looks/money (regardless of the political opinion) has nowadays no chance both for his private and professional life (in their mockery they accidentally reveal the truths that we have been preaching for eons).
"But well this is done to a bad person" - well, but it reveals something, as long as someone isn't angry he/she wears a mask, an acceptable social facade, under enough anger this facade cracks and true intentions are revealed, they just unleash their entire contempt for a group (e.g. low-status males) against someone who may or may not deserve it due to making them angry (by for example having a radically different political opinion, by provocating them online with comments, by comitting a crime) - these insults show their hidden contempt for everyone in the same wider sphere. Normally these "filthy peasants" are pacified via platitudes or at best condescending compassion/care, but here they show what they really think.
