I work in IT and there are some women there since it's public sector. I became head of a project since a bunch of women had left after 2 years, and when I scraped the surface everything came crashing down.
These women had done nothing than create drama and argued about that the "clients" were retarded and that they should be left out. They had basically created a closed off group that stopped talking with the outside world and only discussed things with their boss or among themselves. They blamed everyone else for their massive failure, and then the quit "in protest".
In just 6 weeks I managed to get the project back on track since I actually talked to these "retarded clients" that they despised so much.
It seems like women put social status above results, and they are validated by other women in the same social position. It's like an ongoing soap opera of intrigue at work rather than actually focusing on the project and getting results. It's more about being "viewed" as successful by the right person than actually being so in any measurable way.
They don't give a shit about the person "below them" they only "look up" in the social setting, even if their job is supposedly to help those "beneath them". It's like they view people beneath them as something disgusting and filthy that might take away from their supposed glory.
What do women bring to the table? Drama.
