If you look at old Romance Novels, there was always a single guy involved. It was rare to find a woman going on a sexual conquest. On the other hand, porn is a guy thing, where he can look at thousands of (attractive) women. Now women are essentially becoming men.
If you look at porn, 99% of it is for men, gay or straight. Not saying women don't look at it, but many women I spoke with said it don't really get them off.
