Women are incompotent in thier jobs. I ask a medical receptionist for a document relating to a medical procedure. She didn't tick off the boxes right pertaining to the procedure. I ask here again back and forth through email, and she screw things up, even if it's written down. I went to the office and spoke directly, and she screws things up again. What the fuck is wrong with women? Fuck ups like these are not acceptable. If it was a man he would get fired immediately, but this is a fucking woman, and nothing happens to her. I had many jobs like that. And I get paid the same as these women in some of my jobs. It fucking sucks when the simp manager expects you to produce thrice the amount of work as these women, but get paid the same or even lower. They then gaslight you if you don't . That's why job hopping shouldn't be taboo.
