The things women like, such as conflict, upset, drama it makes women horny and feeling good. But men don't like it, men want calmness, relaxed, people to be happy, yet women hate that. So it doesn't really work them living together. What women today do is they live single or with another woman, then a couple times a year when they get horny they invite a Chad over to fuck them.

What changed in the world.. its that the world got so much richer with technology and science, that people can afford to live separately today. Imo one of the reasons the US average has not gone up or even gone down for many Americans, is they are now paying for two households. If you look at a married couple with normal decent jobs, and in a not super expensive metro, they have tons of money. And the super expensive metros, people are paying the prices so somebody has the money.

Yes thats already happening but alot of men arent rich so theyd rather settle down and get help too.

There is one major flaw in this calculus. A woman with inferior genetics is still able to secure chad genetics, unfortunately. This skew can give rise to the moral dilemma of running the risk of bringing more subhumans into this world.

For poor males and females a lot stay living with their parents. Also females become roommates with each other. So then they share rent and utilities.
