Learn to get used to it, the pain never stops. I probably spend at least 2 days a week crying myself to sleep myself.

Do you go to the gym? I find that an hour on the treadmill or a couple hours with the weights SOMETIMES numbs the pain.... If you can find an area without any that's dressed like whores lifting 5lb weights or walk-in 2 mph on the treadmill pretending to work out. That numbness is usually the best I can hope for.
