A woman is suing Malaysia Airlines for more than $200,000 after she claims she was sexually assaulted by a steward.
Australian woman Laura Bushney, 28, was travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Paris on August 4, 2014, when she was allegedly assaulted by Chief Steward Mohd Rosli Bin Ab Karim.
Ms Bushney claims that Karim sat down next to her on the pretext of comforting her because she was scared of flying, before allegedly putting her legs up on to his lap and putting his hand into her pants.

Settlements need to be dealt accordingly. This is not the sort of offence that warrants a payment in the six digits. Being paid this much for basically asking for it is practically being rewarded a prize for causing a scene. There was no pain inflicted upon her. Wasn't dished out in the form of beating, shoving etc.
