Mother's joy after rapist convicted of her daughter's death

Mohamed Noor Iidow searched for a vulnerable female victim on the night of the attack on July 17, 2021 when he discovered Natalie Shotter, 37, lying on a bench in Southall Park, west London.
His defence counsel argued that Ms Shotter may have been dead before his client discovered her on the bench.
Evidence showed that Iidow overstimulated nerves in the back of Ms Shotter's throat leading to a fatal cardiac attack.
