why?
its just wasted and ends up in tissues not buffing anything.
because incels often overuse the ability Masturbation.
and the enemies cant be lured into the trap to use the ability because nobody goes near an incel(often gun builds)

and sperm thats not from 8+ males is not nearly as effective as 8+ sperm.

for chadlite builds the item makes more sense but the downside is that they dont have the 100% buff because they arent 8+
