Reading through some of the comments and story. I can say that women in the comments and his mother were ready to crucify the teen. Does not seem out of the ordinary for him to try and pull his mothers pants down. Speaking from when I was a teen, you don't really have control over your desires. That being said, she could let him fester with his feelings and it might turn in to something serious or he may never have control. She could talk to him and reassure him. With teenboys it is hard, because some mentally develop faster then others. So you have a contrast between the clueless, and boys with agenda. Looks like she got one of the faster developing ones.
