Yeah I tend to avoid games that look woke or ugly.

I get that these companies are walking a tightrope between ESG scores and pleasing the customer, but the compromises for ESG are often just too off-putting IMO.

I think this stuff does put people off to some degree, but if the game is good (which is a challenge if your staff include a lot of DEI hires) then it can still succeed.
