Lets look at the ridicilous idea of guilt. It comes from fear of being punished by society. The origin of guilt is not moral but simly dictated by instinct of preservation , - strong has no guilt whatsovever and so do those who have nothing to lose and therefore nothing to be afraid of.
And the best usage of gult is to convince your enemies that they are on wrong path due to violation of some higher order of things - it is the best way to make your oponent to be hesitated and therefore to be weaker.
