Will there be a wealth transfer for ugly/short/incel men in the next 10 years?

Lets be honest. A LOT of men will still be single and lonely in the next 10 years. But they will also have a lot of disposable income due to being single.

No costs of children or wifes. They will be purchasing huge real estate properties from the dying boomers who are down sizing to ranch style homes. Its going to be a glorious time in 2030.

I wonder.... Or it'll just be the same as always, it's not like incels are a new thing you know

Won't ever happen, incel fantasy.

And I wouldn't want help for being ugly, too humiliating

Let's be honest, a lot of truecels are NEETs, so they have no money to buy any property. Then for wagecels, you have to remember that shorter people make less money than tall people, ugly people are less likely to be hired for prestigious positions, etc.

right, but the amount of incels is increasing. Normal Men in the Pre Social Media era are incel tier nowadays. So now we got men who make more than the median income who are lonely.

Being ugly is a physical impairment

Its far more likely that something along the lines of a bachelor tax comes into effect. As for boomers selling their homes, most of their homes are too large for a single man. Even if you had a son or two they would still be unreasonably large. The taxes and utility costs are very large for one income. McMansions are artifacts from a bygone era.

I'm not very learned on property taxes, but from my understanding the property taxes for a 300K house would be an average of 3K(which isn't much if you know how to save), plus utility costs are generally low. When I lived with my parents, our water and light bill would be less than 150$ combined and we didnt give a damn about leaving lights on.

Depends on where you live. Out in a rural area? Those are average numbers. In a major suburb or god forbid major city? Forget it. $3k is what you would spend on a small home on a postage stamp lot. States like Texas have very high property taxes, while other states have income taxes instead. Cities have their own taxes too.
Utility costs are a different story. The typical McMansion cost about $200 in water bills alone. That's not counting electricity during the summer, which can reach $400 with the A/C going. It also depends on how old the house is. Older homes are less energy efficient. What I predict will happen is that more and more McMansions will be used as flop houses used by groups of friends to live with each other. Think college dorms but smaller.

Lucky. My job is in an area where commute times would be too long if I were to try to live in a rural area. I'm looking to buy a small (1200 - 1900)sq ft home in a suburb on a decent plot of land. Its harder than you'd think. Most homes are too large and expensive with shit lot sizes.

If you convert to mormonism you won't be incel

How did you save? I don't know much about saving for home buying. Right now I'm just saving 500 a month. In total I have about 16K in savings, 4K of that is my mutual fund. I want to have at least 100K before buying, and I'm looking to do that in about 10 years at age 35.

I make around $50k a year if I try hard enough. As far as saving, I just live with my parents and avoid buying things I don't really need. I save about $1.2k a month. Have almost $36k in savings. Will probably sell some of my guns/PMs next year during the election and put ~$50k down. Goal is to get my truck payment down to an acceptable level first. That is my biggest expense. After that, I'll try to get a house in the $110k-180k range when I'm 27 or 28. When I'm in my thirties, I"ll have my first son. Maybe I'll do a second one if the first one turns out alright.

A lot of them will rope

My dad was telling me that buying a starter home, sitting on it to build equity, then selling is how people in their 40s are able to buy 500K+ homes.

Your old man is very intelligent. Listen to him. Although the real estate market he grew up in might not be the same as the one you grow up in. The reason why people in their 40s can buy 500k+ homes is cheap loans. There is no guarantee those will be around forever. Remember, (I"m assuming you are a UScel) this country could go to shit very quickly with the tenuous social situation we have now. The safest thing to do now is to minimize exposure to the outside political climate, and save money. My skill can be used internationally, not just in the US. I'm still honestly a little hesitant about go through with it due to the nature of how things are right now. The other thing you can do to save money is never commit to a woman unless she is rich. Then divorce her and take her shit.:p

I will definitely have my son in my 30s though. Even if I need to go on public assistance, I'll do it.

I watch a lot of HGTV and noticed that married couples tend to disagree when it comes to purchasing a home. I'm not going to get married, too expensive. I would love to continue the family lineage but I'll leave that to my brother.

i dont think it would happen as i am unemployed due to remote isolation and a cunt of a job provider honest to god them job providers really know how to fuck you over with their lies and fucking game playing but if enough incels were to start up small online venture and work together they maybe able to buy properties.

Only if you're in a Mexican gang. And good with a knife, because there won't be any ammo left...

Angel Moroni loves you!

I'm not getting married lol. Using a surrogate. Cheaper in the long run and probably better for the child.

I don't necessarily think there will be a wealth transfer. But companies will eventually cater their marketing towards single men.

a lot of that money will end up in the hands of foids

Ugly men earn 13 percent less if I remember right.

They will tax lonely virgins.

Finally an interesting thread that isn't just about jokes or memes, this is something I've also thought about, which is why I reccomend wealthmaxxing, I've always said incel males have the most disposable income out of every group of males on the planet, no children, no strong familial bonds, no girlfriend or wife, its just you

Yeah feel the same bro. Trying to have some meaningful conversation. If i just wanted to small talk/ banter about shit, i would talk to some normies. But your right about disposeable income. I save like most of my income due to cheap rent and owning my own car. I buy all my food from costco so you better belive my bills are cheap. But its kind of sould crushing to eat pasta and soup all in the same costco variety.

Its a silver lining to this shit life. We can make cash and keep it. It would be better if we could combine or resources with each other for lobbying purposes. Shared properties (think incel only apartments), investments, and surrogacy services (we contract certain foids for eggs and wombs). We could even have a male only society, where females are entirely replaced by machines.

Short, "ugly" (Or non-chad) men are unapologetically being denied jobs, social housing or sex from women and society is ok with this latent eugenics policy.

How is that "good times" ahead?

Many job market niches where a guy could earn buxs are being flooded with women to destroy workplace productivity and creativity from within. If you fight or highlight this you get a £50,000 lawsuit that puts your department out of business.

Old school redpill blogger Steve Hoca used to have a well paid job in IT and now works as a delivery driver on minimum wage blogging from his van. He too was displaced and marginalised despite being an expert in It who fled the gynocentric workforce destroying western civilization and ruining men's lives.
