I'm choosing detroit because I've read about how the police don't give a fuck about prostitution because there's far worse shit going on there, and many of them are even in on it. If you're out at night in my neighborhood you can expectt be yelled at least once by a black guy who hates white people, or worse like having your phone taken or mugged at gun point.
