If the US does get a recession in 2021,you can be sure that they will withdraw military assistance from Middle East.

After that point,Iran and its proxy states will just overrun Arabia.

Assuming that Erdogan and As-Sisi dont join the pro-SA side,of course.
The involvement of Egypt and Turkey might prove to dissuade Iran from doing any war against the Saudis,because that will be far too costly.
Israel could be another potential member of the anti-Iran coalition,dont forget about them.
ISIS too,would almost certainly involve themselves in the war.Particularly in Iraq and Lebanon.
Along with a resurgent Taliban.
At that point the Arabs will have enough allies to destroy the Iran-Russia axis.
Iran surely will be afraid of this possibility

But who knows? Pakistan (and China) is buddying Khamenei right now.
And Chinese involvement might embolden Khamenei and convince him that Iran can win against the Sunnis.

Iran will go to war eventually, it's just a matter of when. I think it will be soon. But, how soon? I don't know. Maybe ER can answer that one in hell.

Iran only really attack through proxi be it the houti in Yemen or Hezbollah in Lebanon and Syria. That way they've plausible deniability. We all know America loves costly excursions in the middle east. The Saudis and Israel are happy to use the US to be their useful idiot and take out their main regional geopolitical foe. It'll be interesting to see how this escalates.

Iran must form a political bloc with China, Pakistan and Russia to beat those pieces of shit western countries, such as the US, Israel, et cetera. As for your question: no, Iran will not go to war. However, if war is imposed on them, like it has been the case with the Taliban in Afghanistan; then surely they have every right to defend themselves.
