12 is not prepubescent, we should take care to distinguish "underage" (which includes mid-pubescent teenage foids) from "before puberty" which is much younger, and the only appropriate case to begin even CONSIDERING calling someone a pedophile.
I would also say that I think sexual exploitation of minors still matters once they've lost their virginity. Girls do not become zero-value to me once they cease to be virgins or begin voluntarily doing romantic or sexual relationships.
