First off, it's just my opinion. Someone might have an honest boss or manager or have their own business, although this is extremely ultra rare.
FACTS
- Women and chads (mostly women) are first in line for promotions.
YOU WILL NEVER CHANGE THIS.
You can have god tier abilities over night and it will NOT CHANGE THIS PECKING ORDER.
- If you work hard and have the highest ability, everyone will offload their work to you.
- When you decrease that output or take a break, people will blame you and you will get shit from your bosses or just fired.
- Either socialize and try to be NT and get the promotions or just stay invisible.
ALL EFFORT SHOULD GO TOWARDS LOOKING FOR BETTER JOBS.
YOU CAN ONLY MOVE UP BY SWITCHING JOBS. NOT BY HARD WORK.
ONCE AGAIN, WOMEN GET PROMOTIONS, not INCELS.
Promotions are done via looks and socializing. They even go so far to admit this is the case when reading about how amazon management works. Hard work or ability is rarely a factor.
Understand that at the end of the day, managing people is valued about... 1 billion times more than technical or physical work. And you manage people via your genes (height, face, voice, etc.)
