Have you ever noticed how almost every job has female managers? No matter the profession it always seems that women outnumber men in leadership roles. Well, there's a reason for this.

Now combine all these equity programs with HR.
i guarantee hr are more likely to promote women seeing as how women have a larger in group bias.

This is true, but manager is a stepping stone and it usually pays better than the standard jobs.
