Game is useful because a chadlite still compete with other chadlites, a chad with a chad, a high tier normie with a high tier normie, you still need an edge when competing with people with the same looks. Plus unless you are a chad, it's still possible to ruin an advantage you had, a chadlite or a high tier normie can attract a girl and then ruin it by showing weakness/being effeminate/being needy.

Looks are what matters, but personality/game goes give you an edge in the same level of looks, it can even give you an edge over someone who is 0.5pt than you or 1 in rare cases.
