Assuming good looks is 8+/10, it doesn't fix the problem without social skills. Why? Because the problem doesn't even exist. Just not being a retard is enough for guys with that kind of looks, which obviously could be a turn off.

Tl;Dr it's mostly about hormones and the physical traits that can be used to identify hormone levels notably testosterone (good) and cortisol (bad)
