Apparently all-natural tobacco is actually healthier than processed tobacco even if you smoke it because it's not treated with nitrate.

I don't know how true that is. I might start buying American Spirits or another brand of all-natural cigarettes (I prefer cigarettes as opposed to rolling, even though it is more expensive. I take the filters off though and then flip the cigarette around so I don't get bits in my mouth much!)

If you look at the boomers parents they hardcore smoked their whole lives and lived about the same length of life as you would expect people to. Meanwhile the boomers have a much lower rate of smoking yet are dying younger than their parents.
