Why modern Nintendo games are brainless

After the Wii era Nintendo started prioritizing making the games easier because Mario Galaxy 2/new super mario bros Wii were apparently filtering casuals. That's why Mario 3d Land had no difficulty. That's why Mario Odyssey is nothing but mindless collecting.
Wii Era was the beginning of the end. Because although the quality was good it exposed that casuals couldn't beat most games

Every decade their games are getting one tier down in difficulty. Now i'm getting worried how can they dumb down those games even more.

They need to bring back Yoshiaki Koizumi for directing games

Back when devs are so inexperienced with game design they accidentally create fun. Now that they we're more careful and more knowledgeable about their mistakes and pitfalls, they lost their sense of concept from giving danger towards players or making them engaging.

It honestly does feel like after the wii it was just about making things more palatable for younger kids / casual players.
