No actual jobs will be taken by women because they are not competent enough to have a relevant role in the workforce.
Yes, it is now necessary by law that companies hire a certain amount of w*men. But in practice what this usually means is that some money gets allocated to diversity hires, and the real work is still performed by the men.
Admittedly, this has put strain on the workforce, since now 50% of the employees are expected to do close to 100% of the work. But I don't think that that's a bad thing necessarily. We could use some competition, and weed out the weak ones.
