The answers are the usual soy bullshit, "females put more or effort into their looks" or "men are less attractive because of their bad personalities" (Those females and their darn personality detectors.)

But then I found a comment based on reality (aka the blackpill)

Look at studies on dating apps. Women tend to rate the average man lower than average. Men are more likely to view average looking women as attractive.
