Why is the sunken cheeks look attractive?

Many cancer patients have it when they waste away. I don't see how it is an attractive thing.

It does show signs of low body fat and definition. If you have a good bone structure, then sunken cheeks look good. If you look like you're malnutrition or poor or lacking a proper diet, then it's the opposite.

Whats with the low body fat on men? Most women I see are fucking pigs. THEY are the ones who are supposed to be attractive.
