There are geniuses in all cultures (except, perhaps, abo) but individual genius can only go so far (i.e. individual accomplishments in e.g. mathematics, theoretic physics etc.) when the genius neighbours are all dumb streetshitters or rice-picking hive-minded drones.

What Sikorsky did was putting together several creative inventions of several creative inventors all living in relative proximity and of similar culture/language and then presented his invention to other innovative individuals who were all around him ready to bank on his invention.

If Sikorsky was born in India or China, the most he could do is repairing motorbikes his whole life because no one around him was interested in anything new, wouldn't invest in anything innovative, and he wouldn't have had access to new innovations and inventions.

Cumskins invent so much shit not just because of individual genius, but rather because the individual genius in a cumskin soyciety can easily find others around him to support his inventions.

Because individual accomplishments of geniuses are only relevant to very few individuals who specialize in a field. Only theoretical mathmaticians get to know about Ramanujan's accomplishments, but every single person knows what an helicopter is, even if they can't name Sikorsky.

Individual geniuses are only known to very few specialists in a very narrow field.

While (some) inventors invent things that affect the lives of almost everyone.
