Why do people act as if he's some saint who fought for some amazing cause? His thought isn't particularly new nor was it best applied by him. I agree, TK was a brilliant man but wasn’t a very original thinker when it came to his philosophy on society. Sure, in his writings he made several great points and was good at articulating a valid critique of modern society but he wasn’t the profound revolutionary some people perceive him as.

I think the fact that he was an uber high IQ Harvard math genius is what made him so remarkable and gave him credibility for his views. Had he been a random normie with zero prior achievements worth noting, his manifesto would probably have slipped under the radar and been dismissed by most as nothing more than schizo ramblings.
