It hasn't even been a week and normalshits are already complaining about self-isolation/social distancing and how difficult it is for them. Some are completely ignoring the quarantine and proceeding as usual, partying on spring break, travelling, etc. It took the government to shut down beaches and venues and close borders to make them stop.

It wasn't a meme when we said that normies would go insane if they had to spend a week without social interaction. And bear in mind these people are already getting cabin fever even though they aren't completely cut off from the world (they have social media and stay in contact with friends regularly, have SOs/roommates etc).

Normies live in a different world from us and have such thing as friends (or more than one friend) and have something to lose. Self-isolation for me has become like a part of my identity. If I don't self-ostracise, I would literally cease to be the same person and I can't imagine this happening.

Maybe I am just projecting my own asocial nature onto normies but I doubt they are as bothered as they say they are. I find a lot of people tend to LARP like they are bothered/going crazy by things but irl they are fine and don't really care too much.

As for them just going out anyways I think thats more them not really caring about others than them going crazy. Most normies only care about people they are immediately close to.
