Yeah for better or worse we have to live with the circumstances that we face not the ones we wish we faced. That means taking into account and accepting the possibility that anything expressed on these sites can be used to further demonize us and being more careful about endorsing or cheering on acts of violence, especially when such acts occur.
Following the AM and yoga shootings for example there was a lot of cheering about these attacks. At best it attracted edgelords but more so than that it further provided evidence the media could use to bolster their claim of incels being terrorists.
