I think this is entirely stupid. Foid chose to get drunk and is accountable for its actions when it is drunk. If it chooses to have sex with a non Chad while drunk and when sober realised that it is not a Chad, foid should not be allowed to claim “rape”.

If you get drunk and then murder someone you can’t just say “I was drunk, it doesn’t count”. I hate how soy everything is,where sex with a drunk foid is considered “rape”.
