lately ive been kind of working out and i cant imagine how dumb i look i doing it
im pretty fortunate enough to have the tools needed to "self improov":soy:
but at the of the day it just feels like a massive gigacope

it makes sense why most good looking people are physically active and workout its because they know they can look even better than they do already and know they look cool doing it
they also get 24/7 positive reinforcement which gives them even more motivation and makes them even more attractive

we work out just for the reason we stop being invisible to people and foids and in hopes people treat us like a human but our genetics either make us self conscience which makes you do the work out wrong and not make any progress or youre muscle buidling genetics are just ass or you do it right and reach a level of muscle mass to the point you are just downright scary to everyone
being a massive incel with muscles is just that
you are strong congrats but women still hate you and will think you are compensating which you are and youre just seen as an even bigger threat

and going from a 3 to a possible 5 is pointless really

working out is for attractive people and people who have potential and dont look dumb doing it
when normies say you can go to a 3 to a 7 or 8 is just bullshit
if you look dumb working out thats never gonna change
its best to just remain skinny to avoid even worse judgement
just eat less or dont

tldr working out is cope if you are doing it for muscle mass

Even if you have the genetics to grow all the muscle in the world, and ignoring minutiae such as muscle insertions, there are still countless ways unattractive men who attain elite levels of muscle can remain unattractive due to their bones, and there are countless images of such specimens available online as proof. Short clavicles, wide hips, short femurs/tibias, thin wrists, weak jaws; the list of bones that can render a man irreparably unattractive goes on and on. Conversely, for men with good bones, having a little muscle is just the cherry on top of an already winning physique.

the rest of us just either working but our shit genetics dont give us results or we dont make progress at all because were too self conscience of how we look to others which is valid for people like us

I do work out but tbh its kinda pointless. But its my way to use some extra energy I have and to spend some time doing something productive. Unless you abuse steroids you're not going to get a body that women find attractive, their standards are so through the roof now.
 
I just do it for the mental stimulation and dopamine.
Gains are cope especially if you’re a framelet.

i asked for advice a second ago but i know im not gonna get into it seriously
i just do it every 3-5 days and then i stop for a month or two

Might aswell try it. My advice is: First thing you should be doing is finding a split(s) that you like. When I first joined I was doing PPL (Push, pull, legs) religiously, but changed the split to something custom. You have to experiment with it. Second thing, do not do those retarded influencer exercises. They suck ass. Stick to heavy compound lifting and the basic movements for each muscle group. (I can name the basics if you want) Also, I can't stress this enough, but train till ABSOLUTE FAILURE. You will not make good gains without training until the muscle is completely ripped apart and tore. You have to push after your body doesn't want to. The quality of gains is also gonna be dependent on your diet and testosterone lvls. Make sure they're dialed in.


**ABOUT WHAT YOU SAID**: Try drinking 400 - 600 mg of caffiene everytime you go. I usually just dose with 150 mg of anadrol, but caffiene worked for me when I was natty. Try taking the advice serious and do it for atleast a few months, and see if you still wanna quit.

Helps get my anger out and sleep better, but other then that it’s pointless yes.

There are some advantages
1. It's a cope and helps me de-stress
2. There is a sense of glory in gaining weight and getting stronger (will to power too)
3. Become more intimidating and avoid bullying

I'll do it once my physical therapy ends because it will help with my disk issues.

When you're ugly and sexually unattractive working out looks pathetic and disgusting. You look awkward, you give females the ick and you're not impressing anyone. People are disgusted by you because they know you're trying to cheat your genetics.
