lately ive been kind of working out and i cant imagine how dumb i look i doing it
im pretty fortunate enough to have the tools needed to "self improov"
but at the of the day it just feels like a massive gigacope
it makes sense why most good looking people are physically active and workout its because they know they can look even better than they do already and know they look cool doing it
they also get 24/7 positive reinforcement which gives them even more motivation and makes them even more attractive
we work out just for the reason we stop being invisible to people and foids and in hopes people treat us like a human but our genetics either make us self conscience which makes you do the work out wrong and not make any progress or youre muscle buidling genetics are just ass or you do it right and reach a level of muscle mass to the point you are just downright scary to everyone
being a massive incel with muscles is just that
you are strong congrats but women still hate you and will think you are compensating which you are and youre just seen as an even bigger threat
women truly hate it when ugly men try they laugh about it and if youre short theyll laugh more
short men with big muscles are a meme
and going from a 3 to a possible 5 is pointless really
youre still in the bottom percentile of men when it comes to attractiveness
working out is for attractive people and people who have potential and dont look dumb doing it
when normies say you can go to a 3 to a 7 or 8 is just bullshit
if you look dumb working out thats never gonna change
its best to just remain skinny to avoid even worse judgement
just eat less or dont
