These mentally ill freaks take castrating hormones themselves, and occasionally they even voluntarily go on the chopping table, and get themselves mutilated. Being pro-trans is one of the greatest ways to get rid of the undesirables, all the while making eugenics look wholesome.

It definitely takes a certain level of narcissism to believe that you are in some way different than your actual body, that you experience the world differently from others, that you have to undergo cosmetic surgeries and medical treatments... and that if you don't get to control how others perceive you and everyone doesn't pander to you, then your human rights are being attacked.
