Im short and fat also, 37yo 161cm and 91.5 kg. 6 month ago i was 106kg and 4 month ago 103kg.
I tried for years to lose weight with no results, omad and similar didnt do shit for me even though everyone swear by it. Didnt lost a gram, i thought that i simply cant lose weight for some biological reason like thyroid.
I started loosing weight steadily by becoming consistent. Every day same amount of food and walking often 6000-10000 steps. I still drink sodas and eat once in a while a candy but i count that as a meal.
My calorie cut isnt huge so im often hungry, but not starving. Losing weight slowly also prevents build up of loose skin, thats a major problem when you lose a lot.
My plan is to drop down to 70-72kg and i hope i will succeed. Losing 20 more kgs is a long road ahead.
Im not doing this because of foids or some shit because being a manlet kills every chance. I dont want to die from a heart attack or become bedridden at older age.
