I switched to 100% cardio until I'm back down to like 10% body fat.
This is stupid. I leanmaxed too and 100% cardio is a terrible way to do that. It will just make you skinny fat even at low body fats.Leanmaxxing > Bodybuilding

Having a lean body looks way more aesthetic as looksfag says than some roided physique

It's true to get low body fat you need to have some muscle. I have been lifting weights to gain muscle, but I switched to all cardio to try to get lean. This is stupid. I leanmaxed too and 100% cardio is a terrible way to do that. It will just make you skinny fat even at low body fats.
Instead lift in a caloric deficit. You will reach 10% looking like Brad Pitt in fight club.
I reached that by doing lifting, cardio, and eating high protein. If I don't lift I just end up holding love handles and look flabby no matter how lean. It's true to get low body fat you need to have some muscle. To "look good" or at least look your best, you need to be ultra lean, like sunken in cheeks, and visible jawline. It won't matter how much you lift weights, you can't get there without doing lots of cardio and eating low carb. At least I can't.
Yeah it depends on where you're at. For me, a bodybuilding routine (push, pull, legs) just wasn't working to get lean. It was taking too long and I have too much fat to lose.I reached that by doing lifting, cardio, and eating high protein. But hey if it works for you.
I started gymmaxing in 2022, aimed for the lean aesthetics. I was lean enough to have decent abs, atleast for normie's standard. But my face still looked chubbish and boneless. To "look good" or at least look your best, you need to be ultra lean, like sunken in cheeks, and visible jawline.
