You guys know that you can use steroids that don't make your hair fall out? Back during arnolds time most kept their hair since they chose different compounds. Only real side effects are infertility(you are incel) and balding. Tbh if you are bald and not on roids what are you doing? Especially you oldcels why not use trt?

It's a disease that slowly causes permanent blindness. It can be stopped if caught early but the the damage that's already done at that point can't be reversed.
It must be extremely unlikely then. Maybe it slightly increases risk but you wouldn't need to worry
