If a woman agrees to have pity sex with you, it means she cares about you. She gets nothing in return, she does it just so that you can be a little less sad about your incel fucked life. She doesn't like you as a man, i.e. doesn't find you physically attractive, but if you're an ugly incel, you already know you're not physically attractive to any woman. She likes you as a person enough to do that personal "sacrifice" to help you.
A prostitute is a professional whore who just wants money. Pity sex tops fucking a prostitute because 1. you wouldn't be fucking some professional fucker who fucks 10 different guys a day, but an (at least a bit) less used-up foid. 2. If it's a woman you chose, for example someone you know and decided to make a move on, it's even better because you'd be fucking someone your type. Most prostitutes look like prostitutes, like trashy whores, not like that librarian-like foid that sits next to you in college. 3. you don't need to spend money and 4. like aforementioned, she likes you as a person and cares about you, lifefuel.
A betabuxx scenario is inferior to both the pity sex and the prostitute. Betabuxxing is basically full-time prostitution with a post-wall foid who doesn't like you, doesn't care about you, just wants your money or some other convenience of being with you and the deal is terrible for you on top of that, unlike prostitution that can be worth it in some cases.
Also, IT seemed to focus on the "she'd be cheating" aspect, but she wouldn't need to be in a relationship to do it, of course. That was just a random example of her choosing a better(-looking) guy but giving at least that to you. IT acts like most sexual contacts between people happen in LTRs, it's not the case at all in 2019.
And to close it, someone in the comments went on again with that "but you wouldn't do it for a man!" shit, just like the other time that comment was posted there. I'm not a homosexual, I'm straight. It's not the same thing, it's in fact a really terrible example because you're basically shooting yourself in the foot and confirming that females can't be incels (otherwise you could say "but you wouldn't do it for an ugly girl!" - yeah, I would, especially if she was friendly and nice to me).
